Deluxe French Blue O Ring Collar

Created using luxury French Imported French Blue satin, and delicate blue lace. This collar is reinforced with strong, durable nylon webbing, which is encased in satin for a plush feel.

Important sizing information:

Buckle collars come fitted with 4 eyelets, which allows for 1/2" adjustment to tighten, and 1" to loosen in 1/2" increments.
